Last Thursday night we catered a delightful dinner for 50 guests at the Liberty Exco event hosted at a gorgeous house. Decor included beautifully fragrant garden roses finished off with crisp white table linen.
The menu began with a rosti topped with salmon and lemon crème fraîche served with a fresh lemon wedge. It continued with a classic fillet on potato Dauphinoise with plum tomatoes and a tasty bearnaise sauce for the main course. Finally finishing off with a berry roulade with decorative caramel shards for dessert.
