Avocado is very popular in vegetarian cuisine as substitute for meats in sandwiches and salads because of its high fat content. You can either enjoy this with toasted bread or untoasted bread. Simply slice or mash up some avocado and place on your toast or bread. Season with some salt and pepper and enjoy. If you like a bit more salt, you can add some Marmite spread.
