Vicki Clarke and Nikki Gaskell joined forces in 2003 after meeting at a corporate event. Quickly discovering a mutual love of food and seeing a big gap in the market for creative catering options, they put their shared vision for elegant but unpretentious food, and tailored solutions together to create Fresh Catering.
With a cumulative 42 years of experience between the two of them, they’ve become known for their distinctive style and high standards at events as diverse as corporate conferences, birthday parties and weddings.
Their expertise has also earned them an impressive client portfolio, but more importantly loyal clients who return again and again for the one-on-one service and consistent attention to detail. And so what started as a small operation in a garage is now a full events business running out of an 800 square metre warehouse.
Constantly in step with trends, but by no means slaves to them, Vicki and Nikki’s approach is more personal, and their priority is to create events that suit each particular client, occasion and budget. From sourcing new recipes to tailor the menus, to designing the decor, each event is unique and customised.
Fresh offers an end-to-end service, which starts with the concept and ends with the clean up. Everything in between – from the décor and furniture, to the staffing and bar service -is arranged and handled by the team, whose wide net of service providers and high standards of excellence will ensure a seamless occasion.
