Last Sunday we catered a delightfully decadent lunch at Katy’s Palace a 40th celebration. The menu started off with meze tapas of vine tomatoes, olives, tapenade, calamari, zucchini fritti and haloumi. For mains we plated a gorgeous bistecca off the bone with a béarnaise sauce and a side of chips and a green salad. It was a wonderfully fresh, tasty and lazy lunch, just perfect for a Sunday!
